• Customers may return or exchange their purchases within fourteen (14) days from the receiving date; provided that the returned or exchanged products are in the original condition they were purchased in.
• Customers are not entitled to return or exchange used, damaged & improperly stored products, or products that were prepared upon customer’s request, or products that were already installed at the customer’s site.
• In case of returning purchases without replacing them with other products of the same or higher value; the remainder value can be refunded to the Customer using the same method it was purchased by (Cash / Credit Card / Bank Cheque). Purchases refunds that exceed the value of five thousand (5,000) SR will be returned to the customer by a Bank Cheque after Seven (7) working days from the date of requisition.
