1. "Sahlha" is available at ABYAT stores in Saudi Arabia.

2. "Sahlha" is provided by Al Rajhi Bank.

3. "Sahlha" is available for individuals only.

4. The minimum purchase amount for "Sahlha" is SAR 5,000, including VAT.

5. Product "Sahlha" is subject to approval by Al Rajhi Bank according to the terms and conditions.

6. No service fees for requests with a tenure of up to two years (24 months).

7. ABYAT is entitled to share customer data with Al Rajhi Bank and marketing entities.

8. Requires a 50% down payment of the total invoice amount to benefit from Product "Sahlha" for tenures exceeding two years (24 months) up to four years (48 months). Example: A customer with a quotation of SAR 30,000 including VAT wants to finance it over four years (48 months). He must pay SAR 15,000 upfront, and the remaining amount is financed over 48 months without fees.

9. "Aamer" is a loyalty program for ABYAT customers in Saudi Arabia.

10. To benefit from "Aamer" loyalty program rewards for Product "Sahlha", customers must be registered in the "Aamer" program before issuing the quotations and executing the financing transaction (Product "Sahlha").

11. Aamer customers receive a 2.5% credit back on the final invoice amount credited to their ABYAT Saudi Arabia account upon completing the transaction with "Sahlha" program.

12. Aamer reward balance is non-cashable and non-transferable.

13. Aamer reward balance is credited only to the customer's account in ABYAT Saudi Arabia.

14. Aamer reward balance is valid for one year from the product delivery date and will be forfeited if not utilized.

15. Customers receive Aamer reward balance after delivery and installation.

16. The financed amount is non-refundable and non-transferable after benefiting from the product "Sahlha".

17. Cash refunds are not allowed for exchanged or returned products, and the amount is used for future purchases.

18. Exchange and return are only valid for ready-made products within 14 days of the invoice.

19. Exchanges and returns are not valid for products customized upon customer request and his/her prior approval.

20. Products for exchange must be intact, in their original condition, with all accessories, and in the original packaging and invoice.

21. For products of multiple parts or in a package deal, all included products must be returned in their original condition, and partial returns are not allowed.

22. The customer bears shipping costs for returns or exchanges.

23. The invoice amount will be refunded using the same initial payment method within 14 working days.

24. Products that have been opened are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect, with exceptions including misuse, cutting, breakage, the product opened not in its original condition, failure to follow operating instructions, or external maintenance.

25. ABYAT reserves the right to repair products with manufacturing defects.

26. Certain products affecting human health and safety cannot be returned.

27. Terms and conditions apply to all product categories at ABYAT.

28. The terms and conditions of the "Sahlha" program provided by Al Rajhi Bank apply.

29. This policy applies only to "Sahlha" service customers.

30. Our policy is subject to change without notice, and ABYAT Saudi Arabia reserves the right to modify policies without prior warning to the customer at any time.

31. This promotional offer is not valid with any other offers or discounts.

32. The customer acknowledges and agrees to have read this policy before completing "Sahlha" service.
