Terms & Conditions for Tile Price Match:

To be eligible for the price match request, the following conditions must be met:

• Identical product: The tile must be exactly the same in terms of raw material, country of origin, size, design, texture, and gloss level.
• Product availability: The product must be available and ready for immediate purchase from the competitor.
• Identical pricing conditions: The competitor's price must include all additional costs, such as VAT or any other applicable fees.

Price Match Exclusions:

• Special promotions, clearance items, bundle offers, or discounted packages.
• Second- or third-grade tiles (verified through the batch number printed on the product carton), including manufacturing defects.

Terms and Conditions:

• ABYAT will cover the price difference between the customer's provided quote and its current price, up to a maximum of 50%, after confirming eligibility.
• Each customer is entitled to submit only one price quote and will be compensated for the price difference once the conditions are met.
• The competitor's quote must be dated within the last 30 days.
• Each customer is eligible for price matching up to a maximum of 1,000 sqm of tiles.
• The campaign is valid until May 17, 2025.
• ABYAT reserves the exclusive right to verify and assess the competitor's product based on internal policies, and its decisions will be final.
• The price match will be applied as a direct discount on the quotation, provided directly to the customer by showroom managers.
• Amar Loyalty Program: 50% of the usual cashback will apply when the purchase is made after the price match is approved. This means:
  • Customers eligible for 2% cashback will receive 1%
  • Customers eligible for 5% cashback will receive 2.5%
